Anonymous institutional feedback
Students and parents raise concerns anonymously. Every one is tracked, answered, and resolved in the open, with a permanent record no one can quietly bury.

How it works
No suggestion box that swallows what goes in. A tracked path, every time.
Pick a category and scope, write what happened. Your identity never leaves your device; only a codename travels with it.
Every submission lands in the school’s queue with a status that can’t be quietly cleared. Nothing slips through.
Staff reply to your codename and move the status to resolved in public view, with the whole history kept on record.
Who it’s for
Speak up about safety, wellbeing, or fairness without fear of being singled out.
Raise concerns and watch them resolve, instead of wondering if an email reached anyone.
Get a clear queue, a weekly AI digest of what’s building, and a record that protects the school.
Built for trust
Identities are HMAC-hashed
No personal data is stored in readable form. There’s nothing to leak or subpoena.
The browser never touches the database
Every request runs through locked-down server routes with deny-all access by default.
No silent closes
Status changes are public and permanent, so accountability is built into the record.

“I finally said something about the bullying near the science block without my name on it. It actually got handled.”
“I can see exactly where my concern stands instead of wondering if an email vanished.”
“The weekly digest tells me what’s building before it becomes a crisis. That’s the whole game.”

FAQ
Yes. Submitters are identified only by a codename. Identities are HMAC-hashed server-side and never stored as readable data, so not even an administrator can tie a concern back to a person.
Replies attach to your codename, and you read them in your account or by email. The school answers the concern without ever seeing your real identity.
Every submission carries a status (open, in progress, resolved) that moves in public view. There are no silent closes, and the full history stays on record indefinitely.
An afternoon. You configure your categories and admin accounts, and you’re live. No infrastructure to run on your side.

Live in an afternoon. Anonymous for those who speak up, accountable for those who answer.
